Ion Grove Café is the food and beverage expression of Ion Grove's airport concession program — currently operating at Champaign Willard Airport (CMI) and Springfield Capital Airport (SPI). It's where our commitment to quality, sustainability, and local community shows up in the most tangible way possible: in what we put on the counter in front of travelers every day.
